Ordering Graphic Panels: when any part of your order includes graphic panels and payment is made by credit/debit card we will not process the payment until we have received your artwork.

Payment: If you are paying by cheque please make sure payment reaches us at the same time or before your artwork, otherwise your order could be delayed.

For account customers please place your order as normal and choose 'fax-in' or 'call-in' as the payment option. If on receipt of your order there is any problem with either the order or your account we will notify you at once.

Delivery times: orders will normally be despatched within the number of full working days quoted. Standard delivery is next day to UK mainland only. Timed/saturday/same day delivery and delivery to other locations can be arranged (subject to separate quotation).  Where print is part of the order the delivery time starts from the time we receive suitable artwork and in the case of non account customers payment in full for the items ordered.

Fast track orders: it is possible to produce most printed items in less than the quoted timescale, however this involves additional costs.

delivery time minus 2 working days = 30% extra

We cannot always guarantee to Fast track an order. Please contact us to discuss your requirements - we will do our very best to accomodate you.

Additional Services: for instance colour matching and provision of proofs are not allowed for in either the prices shown or the delivery times. If you need any additional service Please call us to discuss your requirements.

Artwork Set Up Guidlines

Software: We work with both PC and MAC. We prefer to print from files created in one of the following packages



We can also work with artwork produced from numerous other packages, it may take a little longer to process such work and may also incur additional costs. If you wish to supply artwork in formats other than those listed please call for advice.

Discs: Artwork is normally supplied on CD, DVD, Zip or floppy disc.
If sent by e-mail: pcwork or macwork or ISDN 01254 503405. We can support other disc types but please check first...

On Paper: Please supply a final proof, a written specification detailing the dimensions, quantities, desired delivery date any finishing requirements and any other critical features .

Artwork Set up: Please set up files at no less than 25% of the final print size. Please supply all fonts used in your artwork including any used in Illustrator or Freehand EPS files.

All our print is CMYK. We have no facility for spot colours. Artwork supplied as RGB or pantone colour may not produce the colour you expect when converted to CMYK. Please ensure that all image files are CMYK and colours in Quark, Illustrator etc are specified in CMYK.

All Scans should be in CMYK, 300 dpi and 25% of the final print size. Please avoid compressing image files. If required we can scan Artwork, Photos or Transparencies.

Colour Matching: Where a precise match to a pantone colour is critical we will produce a test sample for approval before printing, please alow an additional 2 working days for this process. A charge of £25 will be made for the first colour £15 for each subsequent colour

Proofs: If you require us to output a proof priorto printing please allow an additional 2 working days. Proofs can be supplied as a PDF by email or on paper. A PDF proof incurs a charge of £15 / document and paper proofs £25 / Document

Templates: To help in the layout of artwork for exhibition systems we can supply templates and guidelines for the set up of artwork for all the display systems featured in this catalogue, as well as many others - just ask, templates make things easier for everyone.

Exhibition Systems: We are able to produce panels for all popular makes of 'pop - up' stand including Nimlok, Nomadic, Expand, Scan, Expo, Plex, Matrix, Symmetry Systems, Ultima, Marler Haley and many others. If you are not sure what system you have we are sure we will be able to produce panels for it.
